1. Payment terms strictly follow the order confirmation and are non refundable.
2. All orders are non cancellable and non refundable to Giannia Group. The buyer shall not make any changes to the order after confirmation by Giannia Group, unless authorized by Giannia Group's representative in writing. If cancelled, the buyer shall bear the full purchase price of any product.
3. Payment method: We accept payment by crossed cheque or bank transfer.
Cheque payee: Giannia Group LV Limited.
4. All accounts that are due but unpaid shall be charged a 5% unpaid balance service fee per month.
If the email address is a post office box or post office, delivery service will not be provided.
6. When No. 8 or above typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning signal is hung, or in case of force majeure, the arranged delivery service will not be available. Another delivery date should be arranged.
7. The customer is responsible for immediately notifying Giannia Group LV Limited of any changes to their delivery address prior to order confirmation. Giannia Group LV Limited reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees to customers for providing incorrect address information.
Each order will only be delivered to one destination.
9. Delivery service is only valid during office hours from Monday to Friday (9:30am to 6:00pm) and Saturday (9:30am to 1:00pm). Delivery services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
10. Local delivery services within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will be arranged by Giannia Group LV Limited to the designated address in the order (excluding Ma Wan, Tung Chung, airport, Discovery Bay, all outlying islands, and other restricted areas).
Under normal circumstances, the product will be delivered by a third-party courier company. Any issues that arise with the courier company. We take no responsibility for this issue.
12. Due to no response when the goods arrive at the designated time, or due to environmental restrictions such as small entrances or balconies, delivery may fail and require rescheduling of the delivery time, resulting in double the shipping cost.
13. If the customer does not receive the product, Giannia Group LV Limited reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
14. Any product replacement will be notified via email to the customer and self pickup information will be provided at the designated location. The customer needs to provide relevant documents and our company's product collection confirmation notice. If the product is not collected within one month, we reserve the right to handle the product ourselves and are not responsible for any losses that the customer may suffer. If the recipient is unable to accept delivery within the specified delivery time, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees.
15. For any goods delivered to the building without elevator service, or when the items to be delivered cannot be loaded into the elevator or transported through the elevator, customers are required to pay additional fees per floor (starting from the 1st floor and subject to the policies of the freight forwarder or courier company).
16. We do not accept requests for returns or exchanges for damages caused by improper use. If you need a return or exchange, please provide a receipt and show the product for necessary management. If the original receipt cannot be provided, the refund price will be set based on the lowest price recorded in historical data. If the returned product cannot be exchanged for the same model due to inventory shortage, you can choose any product from this site and only pay the price difference.
17. The customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods from the date of delivery to the designated delivery location.
18. If the delay or failure to perform all or part of this Agreement is caused by reasons beyond our reasonable control, or is not due to our fault or negligence, including but not limited to war, imminent threat of war, riots or other acts of civil disobedience, riots, natural disasters, restrictions imposed by the government or any other supranational legal institution, labor disputes, fires, explosions, storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, epidemics, epidemics and other natural disasters, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused thereby.
19. Failure or delay by either party to exercise any right, power or remedy under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right, power or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or remedy by either party be deemed a waiver. The rights, powers, and remedies provided in this Agreement are cumulative and do not exclude any rights, powers, or remedies provided by law.
20. Unless signed in writing by the seller and the customer, the order/invoice/purchase order shall not be modified, terminated or otherwise cancelled. If all or part of the customer's order is terminated due to modification or cancellation, without signing a written agreement to the contrary, the customer shall pay the seller a termination fee determined by generally accepted accounting principles, plus reasonable profit; But any product planned to be completed within 60 days after the customer requests termination or rescheduling will be accepted and fully paid by the customer. If the customer breaches or cancels, the customer shall bear any losses caused thereby.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver goods to any customer at our absolute discretion.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China, the client, and Giannia Group LV Limited, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Giannia Group LV Limited may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Giannia Group LV Limited shall be final. If there is a Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. In case of any differences between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
Giannia Group LV Limited reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions and other rules related to the sale of goods without prior notice. The English version shall prevail.
24. All orders are irrevocable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Without our official permission, we will charge a management fee of 50% of the total amount for canceling orders or signed invoices or quotations, but waiting or suspending for more than 45 days.
25. Drawing and Specification Review - If the buyer reviews drawings, specifications, or other data and provides suggestions or opinions or improvements to such documents and data, such actions are only an expression of the buyer's opinion on such drawings and do not exempt the seller from any responsibility for the specifications or other data or the performance of this order.
26. Any damage, loss, or personal injury caused by the operation or use of Giannia products, warranty, or doubts about Giannia products should be directly consulted with the manufacturer. Any disputes regarding Giannia products (quality or other aspects) shall be resolved by the buyer and the relevant manufacturers supplying the products. Giannia is not responsible for any warranty product issues, nor is it responsible for the quality or applicability of warranty products, nor is it responsible for resolving such disputes or controversies themselves.
